Asa ca acum 2 zile m-am apucat de The Longest Journey (l-am ratat in 1999, i was little what the heck). Here is some great dialogue i encountered:
Cop: Move along ma’am. There’s nothing to see here.
April: Except you officer…
Cop: Eh, me?
April: I’ve always had a thing for big strong men in uniform..
Cop: Sorry, ma’am, but i’m gay…
April: You’re just being cryptic again. It’s like soap opera sex. Lots of boring dialogue and when they finally do go to bed, everything’s dark and covered by blankets.
April: I think I saw the first movie. It stunk.
Actor Cop: I agree. But this one has a certain… je ne sais quoi… flair, that the original lacked.
April: You mean, more violence, more sex, less plot?
Actor Cop: Yes.Cortez: Vamos. Enter the light.
April: Don’t say that. It sounds too ominous.Det. Frank Minelli:Who’s there?
April: Agent Scully!April: Excuse me– how do I smell?
Fat repairman: Uhm.. like moldy pizza and — and– is that salmon?
April: Smoked.
Fat repairman: Yeah. And a faint touch of rum.
April: I had an accident… with a bottle. Inside a garbage container.
Fat repairman: Happens to me all the time. You’re not alone. In fact, there are meetings downtown every Wednesday night.
